This Privacy Policy explains how PikaH3Flex ("we", "us") handles information when you use pikah3flex.net (the "Service").

Information we collect

1. Account information — your name, email address and authentication data when you create an account or sign in with a third-party provider.
2. Content you submit — prompts and images you upload to generate videos, and the resulting videos.
3. Payment information — processed by our payment providers. We receive order details (amount, product, status) but never store full card numbers.
4. Usage and device data — pages visited, features used, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from IP address, used for security, abuse prevention and improving the Service.
5. Cookies — used to keep you signed in and remember preferences. If analytics are enabled, they may set additional cookies as described in our cookie notice.

How we use information

• to provide the Service: generating videos, keeping your history and credit balance, and processing payments;
• to prevent fraud and abuse and to enforce our Terms;
• to respond to support requests;
• to improve the Service in aggregate.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party processors

To run the Service we share the minimum necessary data with:

• Pika (developer API) — your prompts and uploaded frames are sent to Pika to generate videos, and are processed under Pika's terms;
• Cloudflare — hosting, database and network security;
• payment providers — to process purchases and subscriptions;
• email and analytics providers, when enabled.

Retention

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Generated videos are made available in your history for a limited time; download anything you want to keep. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data and to object to certain processing. Email support@pikah3flex.net to exercise these rights.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the Service, and the "last updated" date above will change.
