These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pikah3flex.net (the "Service") operated by PikaH3Flex ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
PikaH3Flex provides a web interface for generating short videos with the Pika H3 Flex model through Pika's developer API. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Pika Labs or MiniMax.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Credits, plans and payments
- The Service has no free tier. Video generation requires credits obtained through a paid subscription or credit pack.
- Credits are charged per second of output video according to the rates shown in the Service before each generation.
- Credits for failed generations are returned automatically.
- Subscription credits are granted per billing period; credit packs are valid for 12 months. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
- We may change prices or credit rates for future purchases with notice on the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create or distribute content that:
- is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
- impersonates real people in a deceptive way, or is used for fraud, harassment or defamation;
- infringes others' intellectual property or privacy rights;
- promotes violence, terrorism or self-harm;
- violates the usage policies of the underlying model provider.
You may not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, overload or circumvent limits of the Service. We may block prompts, suspend accounts or remove content that breaks these rules.
5. Your content
You keep whatever rights you have in prompts and images you upload, and you grant us a limited license to process them to provide the Service. Subject to these Terms and the model provider's terms, you may use videos you generate on paid plans for personal and commercial purposes. AI outputs may resemble existing works or other users' outputs; you are responsible for how you use them.
6. Availability
The Service depends on third-party infrastructure and model providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a particular model, resolution or feature will remain offered. Generated files may be removed after a period of time; download anything you want to keep.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
