Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not generate with PikaH3Flex: prohibited content, how prompts are screened, how violations are handled and how to report content.

Last updated: 2026-11-01

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses pikah3flex.net (the "Service"). It is part of our Terms of Service. PikaH3Flex is an independent interface built on top of a third-party AI video model and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Pika Labs or MiniMax.

1. Prohibited content

You must not create, upload, request or distribute any of the following with the Service:

  1. Sexual content / NSFW — pornographic, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, nudity or any other adult content, including "artistic" or "fictional" framing, and non-consensual intimate imagery.
  2. Violence and gore — graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture or cruelty, and content that glorifies, promotes or instructs violence, terrorism, extremism, weapons manufacturing or self-harm.
  3. Hate speech — content that attacks, demeans or incites hatred or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability or any other protected characteristic.
  4. Child safety (CSAM) — any content that sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors, in any form. Zero tolerance: immediate permanent termination and reporting to NCMEC and/or law enforcement.
  5. Deepfakes and impersonation — realistic depictions of real, identifiable people without their consent, face-swap or face-manipulation of real people, impersonation of people, brands or organizations, disinformation, fraud, scams, harassment or defamation.
  6. Copyright and trademark infringement — reproducing copyrighted works, characters or footage you have no rights to, or using third-party trademarks in an infringing or misleading way.

Also prohibited: any illegal activity, violating others' privacy, violating the usage policies of the underlying model provider, and attempts to bypass our safety systems (for example by obfuscating prompts) or to abuse, scrape or overload the Service.

2. How prompts are screened

  • Before generation, every prompt is checked by an automated content-moderation service. Prompts that are denied or flagged are blocked and never sent to the video model; no credits are charged.
  • If the safety check cannot run (for example a network error), the request is refused rather than generated without screening.
  • The underlying model provider applies its own additional safety filters to prompts, uploaded images and outputs. Generations it rejects are refunded in credits.
  • Generation is only available to signed-in, paying accounts and is rate-limited.
  • Videos are private to the account that created them; there is no public gallery.

3. Enforcement

Depending on severity we may block the prompt, delete the content, suspend or permanently ban the account (and block repeat sign-ups), forfeit unused credits without refund for serious or repeated violations, and report illegal content to the authorities.

4. Reporting content

Anyone can report content that breaks this policy by emailing support@pikah3flex.net with the subject "Content report", or through our contact page. Include the video link or task ID if available and a short description; rights holders should include proof of ownership. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days and normally resolve them within 5 business days; child-safety reports are handled immediately. If you disagree with a decision, reply to our email to request a second review.

5. Changes

We may update this policy as laws, provider rules and abuse patterns change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
