Is PikaH3Flex Legit? Who Runs It and How to Verify It
Who runs PikaH3Flex, which model it uses, generation records and original files for its example videos, how payments and refunds work, and what the site cannot do yet.

PikaH3Flex is a real, paid web studio run by one independent developer, and it runs the official Pika H3 Flex model. It is also new: it launched on October 31, 2026, and it does not have a long public track record yet. This page gives you the facts to judge it yourself, including the ones that do not help us.
Who runs it
Kemi, an independent developer based in Hangzhou, China. Contact: support@pikah3flex.net. More on the About page. PikaH3Flex is not affiliated with Pika Labs or MiniMax.
Which model it runs
The official Pika H3 Flex model (model ID pika-h3-flex), not a lookalike or a different model under the same name. Every generation on this site uses it.

Each clip below was generated on this site on November 1, 2026 (text to video, 768p, 10 seconds, prompt rewriting off). Each watch page shows the exact prompt, the settings and a download of the original, unedited MP4.

These records come from our own log. They show what we ran; they are not an outside audit. The strongest test is a small purchase: the Starter pack is the smallest amount you can spend.
How payment works
- Checkout is hosted by a payment provider, Dodo Payments or Waffo. Your card details go to them; we never see or store your full card number.
- Credit packs are one-time payments. Nothing renews, and pack credits do not expire while your account is open.
- Subscriptions renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account. Yearly plans bill the full year up front and release credits monthly.
- The price you see is in US dollars. Every plan and the per-clip cost are on the pricing page, and the cost calculator shows what a budget buys.
Refunds
- Failed generations: credits return to your balance automatically.
- Credit packs: refundable within 7 days if none of the pack's credits have been used.
- Subscription renewals: refundable within 7 days if none of that renewal's credits have been used.
- Broken results (for example a corrupted file, or no audio when audio was expected): email us and we review them. Results you simply dislike are not automatically refunded, because each one used paid GPU time.

What you get, and your data
- Commercial use and no watermark on paid generations, subject to our terms. Details in the commercial use guide.
- Prompts and uploaded frames go to the AI video model provider to create your video. Prompt text is also screened by automated moderation. See the privacy policy.
- Generated files stay in your history for a limited time, so download what you want to keep. Email us from your account address to delete your account and content.
What we do not have yet
- Independent customer reviews. The site is days old, so there are few to find. We do not publish testimonials we cannot back up.
- A company registration behind the site. It is run by an individual developer.
