Pika H3 Flex Troubleshooting: Failed Videos, Credits and Downloads
What to do when PikaH3Flex sign-in, checkout, generation or MP4 downloads fail, when credits return automatically, and what to send support.
For Pika H3 Flex problems on this site, first check your signed-in account, My videos and Account → Credits. A failed generation returns its credits automatically; a pending run or an unavailable download is a different case. Avoid repeatedly clicking Generate: each new accepted request is a separate paid generation.
Find the right symptom
| Symptom | First check | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Asked to sign in again | Are you using the same account and sign-in method? | Complete sign-in, then return to your draft |
| Insufficient credits | Balance and the cost shown on Generate | Buy credits or choose a shorter, lower-resolution clip |
| Safety check unavailable | The message says no credits were charged | Wait briefly and try again |
| Prompt blocked | Content policy and the message shown | Revise the request; do not try to bypass moderation |
| Pending or processing | The existing entry in My videos | Open it again to refresh its status |
| Failed | Refund entry under Account → Credits | Contact support if the balance does not reconcile |
| Successful, but cannot play or download | Signed-in account and the existing history entry | Retry the download; send support the task ID if it persists |
Sign-in and missing credits
Check that the email shown in your account matches the one you used to buy credits. A different Google account or email address can open a different account with a separate balance. Never send support your password, verification code or card details.
If checkout was interrupted, inspect Account → Payments before paying again. A pending order is not a paid order. If your bank shows a completed charge but your account does not, email the order number, payment time and account email to support@pikah3flex.net. Do not repeat a purchase just to test it.
An expired subscription balance is different from a missing payment: unused subscription credits expire at each monthly refresh, including on annual plans. One-time pack credits do not expire while the account is open. See pricing and how video costs work.
Upload or request rejected
For image to video, use a JPG, PNG or WebP image no larger than 10 MB. Upload a start frame, an end frame, or both. The current studio does not accept reference videos or audio files.
The prompt limit is 2,000 characters. Duration must be 5, 10 or 15 seconds. Use the resolution selector rather than requesting unsupported settings in your prompt. If the image upload fails, keep your local image and retry the upload before starting a generation.
Safety check and failed generations
A message that explicitly says “No credits were charged” means the request did not reach the paid generation step. If the safety check is temporarily unavailable, wait briefly; if the prompt was rejected, revise it to meet the acceptable use policy.
If a submitted generation reaches Failed, the credits are returned automatically. Check the refund entry rather than assuming the original deduction disappeared. If a run is still pending or processing, its final result is not yet known. Reopen My videos to check the existing task; contact support if it stays stuck. We do not publish a guaranteed completion time.
“Video unavailable” or a broken MP4 download
Downloads require the account that owns the generation. First sign in to that account and retry from My videos. If playback works but downloading does not, use the download control and check whether the browser blocked the download.
A successful history entry records that the video finished; it does not guarantee the underlying file is still available. Files are hosted by our video model service, and we do not maintain a separate customer-file archive or guarantee a fixed retention period. Download completed videos promptly and keep your own backup.
If retrying fails, send support the task ID and error. We will investigate availability and applicable refund options. We cannot promise to restore a missing upstream file or automatically refund every download error.
The video finished, but the result is wrong
For a corrupted file or missing expected audio, send the task ID for review under the refund policy. For creative issues such as odd motion, text artifacts or imperfect lip sync, simplify the shot and review the prompt guide and existing prompt examples before spending on another take. A disliked but completed generation is not automatically refunded.
What to send support
- Your account email and order number for a billing issue, or task ID for a generation issue.
- Approximate time, the exact error and whether the task says Pending, Processing, Failed or Success.
- Browser and device, plus the settings needed to reproduce the issue.
Avoid confidential prompt text unless it is necessary and you are comfortable sharing it. Support usually replies within one to two business days. Contact details.
FAQ
Do failed Pika H3 Flex generations cost credits? When a generation reaches Failed, its credits are returned automatically. Requests rejected before generation may instead say that no credits were charged.
Should I generate again if a task is pending? Check the existing task in My videos first. Clicking Generate again creates another paid request if accepted.
Why is a completed video unavailable? Check that you are signed in to its owner account. A finished history entry does not guarantee ongoing file availability; send support the task ID if retrying fails.
Why did my subscription credits disappear? Unused subscription credits expire at the next monthly credit refresh, including on annual plans. Pack credits do not expire while the account is open.
Can I upload a video or audio reference? Not in this studio. It currently accepts text prompts and optional start and end frame images.
